Staff are always friendly just the owner could smile a bit more in this industry as she always looks like she does not want to be there. Been going to this coffee shop or around the last 3-4 years a few times a week and never any acknowledgement at all. Not that this bothers me but positive vibes and a simple smile and how you been goes a long way. - Alison Cambridge Added July 28, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★Yummo, had the breakfast crepe, absolutely delicious and didn't need anything else till late afternoon. Coffee as always great. Staff as always welcoming, friendly and happy to serve. Highly recommend if down that way

But the girl was so rude like it was my fault and a big effort for her to fix mistake. Not surprised i should have read other reviews first. When things are good most people are nice but true colours show when there a problem. jamaica blue get rid of manager and get new staff here
